What do I need to have ready for my notary appointment? +
Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and your unsigned documents ready. All signers named on the document must be present and able to communicate directly with the notary.
Can you notarize a document that's already signed? +
No. California law requires documents to be signed in the notary's presence, so please don't sign anything before your appointment.
How many signatures are included in the Mobile Notary Appointment? +
The Mobile Notary Appointment covers travel and notarization of one signature on one document. Need more than one signature notarized during the same visit? Additional signatures are $15 each. If you have a larger document set with multiple signers, such as a trust or power of attorney, Estate Plan Signing is usually the better fit.
What's included in Estate Plan Signing? +
Estate Plan Signing covers trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, notarized wherever works best for you: home, hospital, nursing home, office, or another location. Individual signings start at $150 (30 min); signings for couples are $250 (1 hr).
Can I add Witness Services to my appointment? +
Yes. Witness Services can be booked as a standalone $50 appointment or added on to your Estate Plan Signing for a fully complete visit.

We're based in Fairfield, CA and regularly serve Vallejo, Vacaville, Suisun City, Benicia, American Canyon, and surrounding areas. Additional travel is available with advance notice.
